In 2021, we signed an equipment procurement contract with the Government of the Central African Republic for the purchase of a complete asphalt paving plant and a 2,000-model asphalt mixing plant, for which we will provide technical support for the entire paving project and the operation of the asphalt mixing plant.
The engineering equipment was delivered in May 2023 and the installation of the asphalt mixing plant began in October 2023, with delivery of the material to be completed by the end of November. It was personally inspected by the President on November 29th.
