In 2021, we signed an equipment procurement contract with the government of Central African Republic for the procurement of a complete set of asphalt paving equipment and a 2000 type asphalt mixing plant, and we provided technical support for the entire paving project and the operation of the asphalt mixing plant.
The equipment was delivered in May 2023, and the installation of the asphalt mixing plant started in October 2023, with delivery of the material completed by the end of November of the same year. On November 29, 2023, the project was accepted by the President himself.
The President of the Central African Republic officially received our general manager and technical service team.
